CONCEPT   EVOLUTION

  • Our client wants the residence to interact with nature and needed more green open spaces.

    This requirement lead us to THE GARDEN'S  IN  PLAY.

  • We managed to place an outdoor garden area which acts as a focal point to other spaces. We started to arrange each spaces which either opens up to outdoor garden or gets the view of the garden.

  • After entering the Main Door the home opens up itself to a beautiful open garden in order to create the journey and mood while walk into the Residence. Only from the garden one can enter the main spaces in the Residence.

  • We achieved Stack Effect ( Passive Design Technique ) in the residence through the staircase which eventually runs through all the floors.

  • We designed based on the local micro climatic condition to create an healthy environment for the resident.

  • Our Main aim is to reduce the Artificial energy by maximizing Daylight & ventilation into the house which we achieved by adapting ceiling heights ,clerestory windows and many more Passive design cooling technique. By doing this greatly helps to reduce the Overall working cost ( like Electricity Consumption etc ) of the building throughout its lifecycle .

  • We used the staircase space as an advantage and created a small indoor garden area which can be seen from the above floors.    

  • Each and every room in this house is connected very well and communicate with each other through internal openings.

  • The main Feature of this Home will be the green spaces which can be seen all throughout the building which blends and balances the Natural & Built Environment in the Building.

MATERIALS USED :

Client wants to embrace their heritage and culture throughout the building and also in elevation at the same time it must be very contemporary in look.

We used a technique called Rhythm and on other hand took a simple Islamic arch structure blended both together to achieve the client's need.
