CONCEPT   EVOLUTION

  • This question provided us a path and vision which lead to THE SMALL BUT BIG HOUSE

  • We started by arranging the spaces vertically and provided vertical connections to each space which is a very important criteria when we design a vertical building.

  • The floors need to communicate with each other which makes a residence come together as a whole unit.

  • We tried to achieve this by adapting courtyard in the middle of the floor plan which travels through all the floors.

  • The entire floor plates are designed based on passive design techniques which leads to minimum consumption of artificial energy.

  • We also implemented vastu shastra criteria in the design as per client's request.
